Our condition for return is that if you have received the wrong product and are Defective then we will accept your return.

The first thing is you have to Shoot Videos and Click photos of the product that you received as broken glasses and send them to our WhatsApp number after that we review the case and it's eligible for an exchange we will ship your parcel again. and we are extremely sorry for the inconvenience caused you receiving broken products, and we appreciate your patience and trust us our company main target is customer satisfaction.

We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10-12 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
